What you can rent in Arabian Ranches

Furnished or unfurnished

Cheques, deposit and Ejari

Renewals and rent increases

What to inspect in an Arabian Ranches villa
- AC: villas use their own units. Ask for service records and check every room cools properly.
- Roof and plumbing: look for stains on ceilings, test water pressure and check under sinks.
- Garden and pool: test irrigation and pumps, and agree who maintains them.
- Pests: ask when pest control was last done.
- Extensions: if the villa has been extended, ask whether approvals are in place.
- Parking: check covered parking and driveway space.
