MAR Real Estate is an independent Dubai property agency. We help clients buy, rent, sell and manage residential and commercial property. Our guiding principle is "The Signature of Trust". In practice we give honest views, including reasons not to proceed, agree fees in writing and never promise returns.

What we do
We work across four areas:
- Helping buyers find and purchase property for sale, including off-plan.
- Helping tenants and businesses rent.
- Helping owners sell.
- Letting and managing rentals through our property management service.
We work with clients in Dubai and abroad.
What sincerity means in practice
- We tell you what we would want to know: running costs, building issues, commute realities and resale considerations.
- We do not forecast prices or promise rental returns.
- We agree fees in writing before any work starts.
- We point you to official sources, such as DLD, RERA, Mollak and Dubai REST, so you can check what we say.
- If a property is not right for you, we say so.
Independence
We are not owned by or affiliated with any developer. When we present new projects, we compare them with ready alternatives and other developers' stock. Our developer profiles are deliberately neutral.

No. We are independent and compare projects across developers and with ready stock.

Yes. Many of our clients buy or let from abroad, and we arrange viewings, documents and management remotely.
What does 'The Signature of Trust' mean?
It means honest advice comes before closing a deal. If a property or a timing does not suit you, we tell you, even if it costs us the transaction.
