Our agents
Every client-facing agent holds an individual broker registration. Their BRN appears on their team profile. Our guide shows how to check a RERA-licensed agent.
How our adverts comply
Real-estate adverts in Dubai need a DLD/RERA advertising permit, issued through Trakheesi. Since April 2023, adverts have also had to show the Madmoun QR code, which lets anyone check that the listing is valid. Every MAR Real Estate listing carries both. If you see one of our adverts without them, please tell us.
Client money and contracts
Brokerage relationships are documented on the standard DLD forms. For sales, that means the Form F MOU between buyer and seller. See Form F MOU explained. Off-plan payments go to the project's escrow account, never to us. Fees are agreed in writing before any work begins. Property management terms are set out in a written management agreement. See property management.
Data and complaints
Questions about how we handle your personal data, or a complaint about our service, can be sent through our contact page. We will respond in writing. You can also raise concerns with the Dubai Land Department.
Questions people ask
How can I check that MAR Real Estate is registered?
Use our ORN, shown on this page once published, to check the agency through official DLD channels. You can also verify each agent's BRN.
What is a Madmoun QR code?
It is a code on property adverts that lets you confirm through DLD that the listing and its permit are valid. It has been required on adverts since April 2023.
Do you hold client deposits?
Off-plan payments go directly to the project escrow account. For resale deposits and rental payments, the arrangement is set out in writing on the relevant contract or form.
Who regulates real-estate agents in Dubai?
Brokers are regulated by RERA, the regulatory arm of the Dubai Land Department.
