Start with what you want to own, then where. The listings above can be filtered by type, bedrooms and budget. Below the listings, each property type and community has its own page explaining what to check there. When you have a shortlist, send it to us. We will confirm availability and arrange viewings, and give you an honest view of each option, including the reasons not to buy.

Browse by property type

If you are open to buying before completion, see off-plan properties in Dubai.

Browse by community

Our most-requested community pages include Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills Estate, Jumeirah Village Circle, Arabian Ranches and Town Square.

What buying costs beyond the price

The DLD transfer fee is 4% of the purchase price. Admin, title-deed and trustee fees are added on top. Confirm the current schedule with DLD. You will also pay an agency fee, and if you borrow, bank and valuation costs. Resales need a developer NOC. Use our property buying cost calculator for an estimate, and read Dubai property buying costs for each item.

The buying process in brief

1. Set your budget and, if borrowing, get mortgage pre-approval. 2. View, shortlist and check service charges, condition and title. 3. Agree terms and sign a Form F MOU with a deposit. 4. The seller obtains the developer NOC, and any existing mortgage is cleared. 5. Transfer at a DLD trustee office and receive the new title deed.

Our full guide to how to buy property in Dubai covers each step. Overseas buyers should also read buying property in Dubai as a foreigner.

Check every advert and agent

Property adverts in Dubai need a DLD/RERA advertising permit. The Madmoun QR code lets you check a listing is valid. Scan it before you engage. Check your agent's registration too: see how to check a RERA-licensed agent.

Questions people ask

Can foreigners buy property in Dubai?

Yes, in designated freehold areas such as Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, JVC, JLT and Dubai Hills Estate. Our freehold areas guide explains how to check a specific location.

How much does it cost to buy property in Dubai on top of the price?

Budget for the 4% DLD transfer fee, admin and trustee fees, the agency fee and any mortgage costs. The buying cost calculator gives a working estimate.

Does buying property give me a visa?

Property investment can support a Golden Visa application. DLD lists a property-value threshold of AED 2 million. Criteria change, so confirm the current rules on the DLD and ICP pages.

Should I buy ready or off-plan?

Ready property can be inspected and let immediately. Off-plan spreads payments but carries construction and handover risk. Our off-plan section explains the checks.

How long does a resale purchase take?

Timing depends mainly on the NOC, any mortgages on either side and how quickly documents are ready. Cash purchases with clean title tend to move fastest.
