Editorial policy
Our content explains how Dubai property works. We research it against official sources first, mainly the Dubai Land Department and RERA. We date every page, review it when rules change and correct errors openly. We do not forecast prices, quote unverified market figures or promise returns. Where a number matters, we tell you where to check the current official figure.

How we research
We start with the official source for each topic. That means DLD and RERA for transfers, tenancies, rent rules and broker regulation. It means Mollak for service charges, Dubai REST for project and developer registration, and the relevant government portals for visas and permits. Press reports are used only to flag a change, which we then confirm with the official source where possible. Practical advice draws on the agency's day-to-day experience of transactions.
How we handle numbers
We publish a figure only when it comes from an official or primary source we can cite, such as the 4% DLD transfer fee or the RERA rent-increase bands. We do not publish price ranges, rents, yields, service-charge amounts, distances or completion dates unless they are verified. Instead we tell readers where to find the current figure. Calculators are labelled as estimates.
What we will not do
- Forecast prices or promise rental returns or capital growth.
- Rank developers, or describe any project as risk-free.
- Present advertising as editorial content.
- Name schools, hospitals or facilities we cannot confirm.
Our developer profiles are neutral and state that developers' names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Dating and review
Every page shows the date it was last updated. We review pages when a relevant law, fee or process changes, and otherwise on a regular cycle. Guides covering fees and regulations, such as rent increase rules, are reviewed most often.
Corrections and feedback
If you find an error, contact us with the page and the issue. We check it against the source, correct it if needed and update the page date. Our guides are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice.
Questions people ask
Where does your information come from?
Primarily from the Dubai Land Department, RERA, Mollak, Dubai REST and other official government sources, plus the agency's practical experience.
Why don't you publish prices or yields?
They change quickly and vary by building. We point readers to official data, such as DLD transactions and the RERA rental index, instead of quoting figures that may be out of date.
Who writes and reviews the content?
Content is prepared and reviewed by the agency. Reviewer names will be shown once confirmed.
How do I report a mistake?
Contact us with the page URL and the issue. We will check it against the source and correct it if necessary.
