The MAR Real Estate team covers sales, leasing, off-plan advice and property management. Every agent who deals with clients should hold an individual broker registration, and you can check it through official DLD channels. This page lists each team member's role, languages and areas of focus, with their broker registration number.

How the team is organised
- Sales. Buyer and seller representation for ready property and off-plan.
- Leasing. Residential and commercial rentals.
- Property management. Day-to-day running of landlords' rentals through our property management service.
- Operations. Documents, Ejari, NOCs and transfers.
Team members
Each profile will show the person's name, photo, role, languages, focus communities and broker registration number (BRN). Profiles will be published only once those details are confirmed.

Before you engage any agent in Dubai, ours included, verify their broker registration through official DLD channels. Our guide on how to check a RERA-licensed agent shows how. Property adverts should also carry a permit and a Madmoun QR code.
What we expect of every team member
Every team member works to the same standards. They give clear advice that includes the downsides. They do not make price forecasts or promise returns. They disclose any conflict of interest, and they follow DLD procedures on every transaction. Anyone who advises clients on property is registered before they do so.
