Is Dubai Holding a single developer brand?
Dubai Holding operates through several real-estate businesses. Nakheel is associated with Palm Jumeirah and the Jumeirah Village communities. Meraas is associated with City Walk and Bluewaters Island. Dubai Properties is associated with Jumeirah Beach Residence, Mudon and Remraam.

For resale, find out who issues the developer NOC. In older communities such as JBR or Remraam, the building's age and management matter more than the developer's name. Mature and newer communities
Group-linked communities span very different stages. JBR and Discovery Gardens are long established, with deep resale and rental markets. Dubai Islands is a newer master plan still being built. The checks differ. For mature buildings, focus on condition and maintenance history. For new phases, focus on project registration, escrow and SPA terms.
